Since five years ago, my opinions on things have definitely changed, especially since I have discovered and learned more things through experiences as I've gotten older. I grew up believing that everyone had equal rights and equal priviliges. However, over the years, I have learned that not everyone is treated as equals. In fact, lots of people have been treated a certain way because of their skin color or because of what ethnic background they came from. I have changed my reasoning since the last five years, primarily because I've done a lot of research and written a couple papers on how people are treated unequally and unfortunately, some are treated very poorly. Also, Writing 121 has taught me to argue my own reasoning on what I believe and I do have to say, it definitely has changed my outlook on a lot of issues.
